Cat7 — 600 MHz, fully shielded
Each pair individually shielded plus an overall braid (S/FTP). 10-gigabit to 100m with enormous headroom. The catch: Cat7 was never ratified by the TIA (the US standards body) — it is an ISO standard — and it uses non-RJ45 connectors (GG45/TERA) in its strictest form. Result: rare in the US, more common in Europe. When you find it, it is almost always data center or industrial.
