Rigid Pipe & Coils
Straight sticks, soft coils, and cutoffs from repipes and remodels. Bundled or loose, it all counts.
After wire, copper pipe is the biggest copper stream in the country. Every repipe, remodel, and demolition pulls it out by the bundle: rigid pipe, soft tubing, coils, and cutoffs. If you have copper pipe sitting around, you have money sitting on the shop floor.
Copper pipe comes in two everyday forms. Rigid pipe is the straight hard sticks plumbers run through walls. Soft tubing is the bendable coil stock used for water lines. Both are solid copper, and both are worth real money. The grade is simple: clean pipe with no solder and no fittings is the top grade. Pipe with solder joints, paint, or fittings still attached is the second grade. Either way it sells. You never need to strip solder yourself: send the pipe as it is and the grading sorts it out.

Solder-free, paint-free pipe with no fittings attached. The top grade, and the easiest thing a plumber ever sells.
Pipe with solder joints, fittings, or light paint. Still solid copper value: send it as it is.
A handful of cutoffs or a truckload: every seller gets a straight answer.
Clean pipe and soldered pipe are graded separately, never blended into one low number.
On bigger lots, we handle the freight so you do not lift a finger.
Pipe quotes are fast when the photos show the pile.

A real number based on the grade mix and current market levels. Compare it with confidence.
Small lots ship with simple instructions. On bigger lots, we handle the freight so you do not lift a finger.
Your pipe is weighed in the open and the two grades are priced separately. Then quick payment by check, wire, or cash.

No. Send the pipe as it is. Soldered joints and attached fittings put the pipe in the second grade instead of the first, and the breakdown shows exactly how each part graded. Stripping solder yourself is not worth your time.
#1 is clean, unalloyed copper pipe: no solder, no paint, no fittings, no heavy corrosion. #2 is copper pipe with solder joints, paint, or fittings still on it. Both are solid copper and both sell. The grade only changes the number, and the breakdown shows each line.
Yes. There are no minimums and every bundle counts. A small pile gets a fast quote and the same honest grading as a big one.
Yes. Brass fittings, valves, and faucets that come off with the pipe are welcome and graded as brass. Mixed plumber buckets are a normal lot: send one photo of the whole pile.
On bigger lots, we handle the freight so you do not lift a finger. Pipe gets bundled or palletized, a truck is arranged, and your material is weighed on arrival with the breakdown to follow.
They are welcome. Old tank water heaters carry copper elements, wiring, and pipe stubs, and they ride along with any pipe lot. Send them as they are and they get graded with the lot.
Send photos of the pile, your best weight estimate, and your location. You will get a fast quote and a clear breakdown before you commit to anything.
