Surplus reels from cancelled jobs, over-ordered projects, and distributor cleanouts can carry resale value well above scrap, especially for common gauges from recognized manufacturers. Photograph the reel tags, the footage markings, and the cut ends. If the wire is still sealed or stored indoors, say so — condition drives which outlet your material goes to, and the outlet drives the price.
