Preserve value: Keep identifiable equipment and unused material intact until it has been reviewed. Cutting, mixing or removing labels can make resale evaluation harder.

Before you send the inventory
What nameplate information should I photograph?
Manufacturer, catalog number, voltage, amperage, phase and enclosure information are especially useful.
Should breakers stay installed?
Generally yes for the initial review. A complete panel with identifiable breakers is easier to evaluate than loose pieces with no context.
Do you review multiple panels at once?
Yes. Send group photos, then close-ups of representative labels and any higher-value equipment.
